How do i know if the "movie extra" agency i want to work for is real?

i applied for a movie extra agency called "explore talent" and "talent 6"

they are charging me $200. dlls. to activate my profile, but how do i know that this whole deal is real, and im not actually throwing my money, or that they are not thiefs?

They're a scam agency with an F rating and 108 complaints against them on the BBB.

DOn't do it.  My friend is going to all the auditions and getting some jobs without paying Explore anything.  Just get to L.A. and get going.  Don't pay anyone anything. /
