Youtube supports files in wmv, .avi, .mov, and .mpg formats.

If your file is in flv, this may help.

U can try moyea flv to video converter. With this tool, you can download, play, and convert FLV vids to formats that youtube accepts. I'm using it for a long time and it works very well.

Click here: http://www.youtube.com/my_videos (You need to be signed in I believe.)

Then if your video has a picture, then it's processed.

But if it has like a grey video camera, then it's not processed yet.
