How do i know the media access key for tivo?

Question

i just downloaded tivo to go

but its telling me i have to wrong access key

so i tried doing what it said which was go to

messages and setup then account and system information

then media access key

but when i go to messages and setup

it doesn't say account and system information

it just says system information and when

i click on system information theres nothing to physically select

just to read...

and when i look at everything nothing actually says

media access card...

please HELP

Go to the menu and click on settings than click on Account & System Information. If you can't find it you might have to do an update.  

Click on the link and it will tell you how to find your Access key online.
