How do i know what is the name of my home wireless system?

Question

theres so many names that pop up on my laptop under wireless connection, which one would be mine?

someone else set up my pc for me, so i dont know now how to connect the internet to my laptop

help pls

Get the list of available wireless systems avaulable to you then turn off your wireless router or unplug  it from power.  See which is no longer available.

But it is probably the one with the strontgest signal
