How do i know when my baked chicken is done?

its been in for about 20 minutes in an alluminum baking pan marinated with italian dressing at 350

  1. If you pierce the chicken at the thigh connecting to breast area and the juices run clear, then it's done.  Don't eat if the juices are cloudy or pink, they must run clear.


  2. well there are many ways to check... one is looking inside the alluminum "jacket" and see its crispiness or.... u can get a knife(not a butter knife) and stick it in and see if it comes out clean or at least no covered juices or anything used in the process of the baking

  3. It is done when you poke it with a fork and the juices run clear. Give it at least another 20 minutes.

  4. it should take about 1hour 45minutes, or until the chickens skin becomes brown and crisp.
