How do i know when my hambster is about to give birth?

she'll start nesting. You'll see her start moving things around in the cage to make a nest for the babies and she'll probably start moving the food over near her as well if you have to clean her cage don't go near the stuff she sets up and if there isn't enough food she will eat the babies so make sure she has plenty and take the male out if he's in there. Have fun!

She'll start nest. Often if she has a hideout, she'll stuff it with bedding and stay in there for a long time. If not, she'll burrow in the bedding, making a rounded nest and remain there until birth.
