How do i know whethere my chain is tight enough of my bmx?

Well my chain got really loose and i thought i fixed it (my friend told me undo the bolts on the back wheel and pull the back wheel as far back as it goes and tighten again) but then it got a little loose again or i dunno if it just looks like that... but how tight should the chain be... like its tight enough to not fall off but it still wobles around a bit.. should it be like so tight it doesnt wobble much at all or is it ok?

it should be snug and tight if it only has one speed but if it got 7-21 then the spring dose it for you

try sum good lockin nuts ,sounds like  ur not tightnin rite or no grip washers on b4 lockin nuts. if still no joy new chain ....oh make sure ur crank int loose that metal bit thats holdin ur pedals on
