How do i know which files to delete from control panel or can i just do a disc cleanup or go to add/remove pr?

my windows virtial memory too low was told to delete files from control panel

You shouldn't need to delete anything from Control Panel. Low virtual memory is usually caused by having to many programs open at once, and windows starts to run out of memory space.

There are ways to increase the available virtual memory, if this problem happens regularly.

If it's only happened the once I wouldn't worry about it.
