I am studying Business, Geography and French at A-level next year. What are my options in terms of degrees? Oh and anyone suggest great places to go uni in England/Wales?

  1. Wrexham University or Cardiff University?

  2. Try the stamford test, you'll have to go on the ucas website to take it. You answer a few questions and it comes up with a list of courses you could do!

  3. What are you interested in most out of those three subjects?

If it's business, consider: business, economics, politics

If it's geography: geography, economics, geology

If it's French: french, or a new language like Italian

Or you could try something completely new.

I don't know what you're predicted for results so I can't really recommend specific unis but here are some generally good ones:

    The top ones are obviously:

LSE, UCL, Imperial and KCL... consider SOAS as well for a new language

    Oxbridge

    Warwick, Bristol, Durham, York etc

    Other good options are:

    Leeds, Newcastle, Cardiff, Exeter

Following on from the UK UCAS university admission test,

Here it is, click on the link below to start the stamford test:

The OU also offer indivdual courses which are tailor suited for prospective needs. The OU site, like the UCAS site, allows you to browse FAQ's, which should answer some

    of the questions you raised.

Also consider Durham, Warwick and Nottingham University --

    Hope this helps.
