How do i know who has the best local weather forecasts in my area?

You failed to mention what area that might be.  For all around weather and the local weather, I have the weather channel on my computer.  It gives me all the current local readings and 10 day forecast.  You can also get weather for whatever area of the country, down to neighborhoods, that you might be interested in.  It also has live Doppler radar maps.

edit:  I left out the best part, it's FREE
