How do i knw if its implantation bleeding or my period?

ok i was supposed to have my periods today and all of a sudden i had cramps and then a light bleeding.nw am nt sure if its implantation bleeding or is it my periods only am so scred.am having no more craps and no bleeding?

implantation bleeding only occurs when you are pregnant. it happens when the blastocyst (not yet a fetus) squeeze itself on the lining of your uterus for it to grow into a fetus. The bleeding is only minor. But you need to have a trans-vaginal ultrasound just to be safe. If you are not pregnant, that's probably menstruation. If you are taking contraceptive pills, that can induce spotting. Still, it's less blood than regular menstruation.

well your period occurs every 25-28 days so if blood comes out and you finished from your period like 15 days ago and not 25-28 days ago then that is just bleeding
