How do i leagally break my lease?

Question

there is no assigned parking, street parking is very hard to find.

there is poison storage area just infront my window.

i have 1 year lease agreement but doesnot says anything about how to break lease

Ask to be assigned to another unit.  If none is available call EPA  about  the poison storage are close to you.  You might have a size ten imprinted  on you back side as you go flying out.

if it doesnt say then you cant. Some contracts do have agreements of like paying a few months advance rent if you want to break lease. Try talking with the management and see if they can come to an agreement.

You should have investigated these circumstances before entering into the lease.  Nevertheless, the recent discovery of a poison storage that is "just in front of [your] window," sounds like an issue which should be brought up to the landlord for remediation or removal.  Failing that course by the landlord, you have a material ground to break the lease on the grounds of "inhabitability" of the apartment.

It should be spelled out in the contract though you may have to pay rent for the entire period.  See if your landlord or management company would allow you to find a new tenant to take your place.

you should have known about those issues before moving in.  You accept a place in the current condition when you agree to move in someplace.

You cannot break a lease just because you want to - you will lose your deposit and possibly have to pay other fees.
