How do i learn to do a handstand?

  1. Practice, practice, practice!

    Get a small mat, or some sort of cushioned surface so that you do not hurt yourself.

    Another thing (probably not necessary) would be to work out your arms, to make it easier for you to lift and balance your body above you!


  2. In the water right?  You swimm directly head first to the bottom of the pool, and right when your head is about to hit the bottom, put your hands flat on the bottom, and push up, and there you will have a hand stand!  Try to do it in shallow water first!

  3. put your upper lip on your nose when you turn upside down then keep it tight blow air out slowly and practice in the water thats deeper that contains more of your body like up to your knees when your upside down or have your mask on or whatever and eventually you will git better or stand against the wall go slowly except when you want to git air

  4. go against a wall and try to do a hand stand make sure theirs a person next to u so he/she could hold your feet so you could be balanced

  5. The way I started was,

    that'd I would go to do one,& then have my mom

    hold my legs up. Then you get the strength in your

    arms to hold you up, and eventually you can

    keep holding yourself up longer&longer.
