  1. duct tape your mouth and nose closed and put a plastic bag around your head and  then swim 2 laps.repeat until u achieve desired effect.

  2. Practice and repeating its about training your heart

  3. i do drills. while swimmming take only lets say 5 breathes per 25 meter over a period of a 100 meter or any set amount. You can change this to adjust to your ablities. Try to do a 25 no breath, its a good challege. Another way to train your lungs is to do underwaters. If you can do a 25 meter underwater without coming up. As you get better at this try and do a 50 meter underwater(this is especially challengeing). The third and last way is to get a stop watch and see how long you can hold your breath. Once you fouund your max limit, try and beat that time. Its not even time consuming you can do it 5 minutes before bed if you wanted. These are 3 ways you can train to expand your lungs. I have done all of these becasue i swim and play waterpolo. Good luck !

  4. you gotta have high stamina

  5. Stamina, you can train your stamina by jogging. And if you're doing freestyle, decrease the numbers of taking breathe. From 2 pulls to 1 breathe, decrease it to 4 pulls 1 breathe, untill the maximum you can ever hold.

  6. you need to hold your breath as long as you can and each time wate a little longer till you can hold it for a long time.
