i really like this girl,shes quite a bit older than me and i don't know if shes bi/lez but i really really like her and i want her to know. how do i make it obvious i like her without telling her?

Chances are she already knows.  Women are really good at picking up on things like that.  Try just giving subtle hints, like touching on the arm, or running your fingers down her back.  Compliment her on her outfit, or her hair.  Good luck

Without telling her?  Come on!  No - just say "I was just wondering...are you into guys more or girls?"  If she says guys, then just sigh and say "Oh, too bad." and move on.

No reason to make it an evebning news moment - if she is straight, she will be flattered you wanted her, probably.  If she is L*****n or bi - then you are in luck.

Before letting her know that you like her, you should hurry up and figure out if she is bi or a lez. Because you don't want to tell her you like her, and then be rejected because she's not bi or lez. You'll feel humiliated and that's not a good feeling.
