How do i lock my computer?

how do i set up my computer to lock it. i know i need to set up a password but i dont know how.

Firstly, create a password by going to Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > User Accounts > (Your Account) > Create A Password.

Then follow the steps to create a password, once this is completed to lock the computer hold down the Windows Key (Next to Ctrl) and L at the same time.

Go to control panel>User Accounts>Then change a account. In there you can create your password.
