How do i lock out my xcm fork?

how do i lock out the fork so its rigid?

also = stiffer and -= plusher, correct?

  1. You can't really lock out your fork unless there is a specific adjustment on it for that, like a lockout switch. the closest you could come to locking out your fork it to pump it up with a lot of air if it has a valve with a shock pump. That could be dangerous though if you put too much in, I have seen my friends' fork top cap come off on a jump and the spring shot out and hit hit in the neck :o (although not the direct result of pumping up his fork too much). if you have a shock pump i would reccomend just trying that....now that i'm looking at SR Suntour's site do you know what year and kind of XCM fork you have??? if you have the XCM-LO it has a lockout switch on it
