That hair style does not do you justice. If you curl it, DON'T! If it's naturally wavy, I would straighten it. You have a pretty face, the hair just isn't too appealing.

Getting long, straight bangs might look cute for your facial type.

As for makeup, I'd stick to basics.  Foundation and blush, maybe cover up if you get a pimple.  Mascara would look great on you, but I wouldn't overdo the eyeliner.

i think you need foundation to cover up your redness

some mascara to open up your eyes

and some eyeliner to define them a bit

You look like that girl from Juno. You're pretty. You should wear eyeliner, lipgloss, and maskera. No eyeliner at the bottom though, just at the top, maskera bottom and top, and light coloured lip gloss. Also, you should grow your hair longer and try to straighten it. Another thing, maybe get highlights.
