  1. You cant. You are only supposed to loose 2 pounds every week or so.  If you magically loose all that weight you will regain it even faster.

  2. impossible, thats losing 1 pound a day, thats unhealthy and you'll gain it back

  3. I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://losebigweight.com

  4. You don't want to "loose" 30 pounds.  You want to "lose" 30 pounds.  (Loose is the opposite of tight.)

Sorry, 30 pounds is too much weight to lose in one month.  At best, with proper diet and exercise, expect to lose about 1.5 to 2 pounds per week.  Thus, at best, you might lose 8 pounds in a month.

  5. You can't have it both ways. There have been people who have lost 30 pounds in a month, but there methods ruined their metabolisms making it impossible for them to keep it off and they gained it all back + more. Slow and steady is the key. Think about it. Wouldn't you rather lose 30 pounds in a longer time span and keep off that weight permanently rather than do some crash dieting and gain it back?

  6. when i was in fifth grade i was overweight and i started riding my

bike everyday for about 4 hours. i wasn't intentionally trying to lose

weight just outside with some friends. in 2 months i realized that none

of my clothes fit and i had lost about 15-20 pounds. it stayed that way

for a long time. but then as i entered middle school i got a lot of stress

with school and family issues and the pounds came back on. but i

went back to the bike and i'm starting to lose the weight again.

  7. fiber. whoaaaaa. yup

  8. you don't unless you fast
