How do i loose 40lbs in 9 months?

i am 5'3 182lbs and i can feel the fat on me. I want to know what is the best way to get rid of the unwanted fat? I need fast and HEALTHY!!! results

  1. try doing these exersizes 3 sets of 30-50, whatever you can do, 3 times a week. drink plenty of water, or the weight you loose will be water weight and will come back as fast as you loose it.

  2. Eat lots of veggies and fruits, cut out the fast food, pop, and sugary juice.  I drink mostly milk now and it worked for me.  Exercise a lot (I find the gym worked best)...Jogging & Weight lifting.

If you are serious, then start now, dont put if off.  I've always had good success with the 3 W's:  WATCH THE FATS/SUGARS, WALK EVERY CHANCE YOU GET (POWER WALKING), AND WATER, WATER, WATER....drink all you can stand and then some.  Losing that much weight requires more than just a "diet".  It will require a lifestyle change.  You'll need to get used to water, diet drinks, and look at sweets or fast food as a "rare" indulgence, not something you do normally anymore.

  4. aim to lose about 1-2lbs per week with a sensible diet and excercise plan. by using fad diets, you will put all th weight back on as soon as you stop.  

  5. Well There are 6 things u can do:

    1) The 3 day diet which works like a charm (lose 10 pounds in 3 days) - I lose around 9-14 pounds in 3 days! Very good diet plus u could eat icecream for desert! Link is Below:

    2) You can do the Atkins Diet and eat only 10g of carbs a day like eggs, hot dogs and all proteinsu would like, but i probably wont recommend this, because ull increase u cholestrol, but u will lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks

    3) You can do the 7 day diet, which also works like a charm, its hard to stick on BUT U get good results:

    DAY 1- ALl fruits u want except banans (EAT ONLY FRUITS)

    DAY 2- Eat all vegetables u want (NO POTATO NO CORN)

    Day 3- Eat all veges and fruits (NO POTATO< BANANAS< AND CORN)

    DAY 4- 3 glasses of skim milk and 3 bananas

    Day 5-7: 3oz of protein plus unlimeted Green vegges

    LOSE 10-17 pounds in 1 week!!!!!!!!!!!!

    4) You can do the scarsdale diet which is a really good diet!

    5) You can do a 800-1000 calorie diet, and lose like decent amount of weight

    6) Lose 2-3 pounds of week! by eating 1200-1500 cals and excersising

  6. Stop sugared soda drinks altogether. Clear drinks WITHOUT aspartame are best if you want sweet.  Splenda is okay for you, aspartame is wood-based and turns into formaldehyde when it reaches a certain temperature in your body. When this occurs you will develop pains, aches, and medical symptoms that you don't want or need.

    Eat breakfast every morning. That gets your system burning for the day.

    Eat fruits and veggies.

    Drink water.  When you get up in the morning drink a big glass of water right away. As a teacher I know you may bring a plastic water bottle into class.  

    Walk at least 10,000 steps daily, approximately two miles.

    Get enough sleep.  Studies have shown that lack of adequate rest is a detriment to weight loss.
