How do i loose man b***s?

im 16 can bench bout 160 and i weigh around 170. i go to the gym 4-5 times a week and i do 30+ minutes of cardio (mostly bike) i walk too work as well sometimes, any suggestions on how to get rid of em?

  1. If you are working out that much and still have man-b***s, look critically at your diet.   Junk food has so much bad stuff in it that even daily exercise can't offset the calorie and fat load of the food.


  2. weight training...upper body with free and machine weights..bench press, flys, etc.,

  3. The main thing you need to do is lose weight if you are overweight.  Since you seem to be at a good weight already and are doing all the right things, you need to see your doctor.  There is a medical name for your condition.  It is called gynecomastia.
