i wanna know what excersises can i do

to loose weight in my arms, legs, and stomach.

i can go to the gym but honestly im not

sure which machine to use

  1. Ok, if you want to look thinner and fitter there are a few things to do at the gym (and at home.)

    You should be going to the gym 3 or 4 days a week if you can. on 2 of the days, do cardio (treadmill.) that will burn calories and fat.

    On 2 other days - do weight machines, pushups, crunches, ect. If you dont know how to use the machines you can always set up an appointment with one of the workers there who wil show you.

    so if you do that everyweek that will take care of the exercise part.

    A lot of people seem to think that to lose weight they need to eat as little food as possible. THIS IS NOT TRUE. if you dont eat enough (1,500 - 2,200 calories  day) you will gain weight, because your body will go in starvation mode and turn all food into fat.

    Eat 1,500- 2,200 calories a day - but eat very healthy.

    Drink lots of water, and dont eat right before bed.


  2. Body mass index should be 20 for female & 25 for male maximum

    BMI= Weight in kilogram/ (Height in Meter)2

    Suppose weight is 100 KG & Height is 2 Meter than BMI=100/(2) 2 =25

    This is acceptable for male but for femal has to reduce weight up to 80 KGS

    How to remain fit & healthy?

    Morning before taking any thing drink warm water 4-6 glass as per body requirement.

    Keep your stomach half filled

    Keep your weigh as per you height

    Maintain hemoglobin level as your doctor says

    Do exercise or walking 30-60 minutes

    Do yoga ,Pranayam in place of exercise if possible


  3. Exercise alone will not help you to lose weight. To lose weight, you need to change your diet, too. Try a calorie intake of around 1200-1500 calories each day. Eat plently of fruit/veg/lean meat/fish and low fat yoghurt.

    Try and get down to the gym around 3 times every week. Running is a good sport because it helps you lose weight all around your body and is really great for toning the legs.

    If your gym has a rowing machine, then this is great for your overall tone and body too. It will tone up your arms and stomach muscles especially well.

      The bike is good for overall fitness and your legs, and the cross-trainer is for overall fitness and burning fat.

      So, I suggest that to lose weight in your arms, legs AND stomach, then you should do all of these exercises. Maybe spent a couple of hours at the gym each time you go, and give each machine an equal amount of time. With a new calorie intake, then you will see the weight drop off in no time!
