  1. it sounds like your body is struggling since you are already really thin for your weight.

try to eat lean protein (egg whites, wild salmon, lean chicken breast) with every meal...eat lots of green veggies. drink lots of water. NO alcohol, fried food, or refined carbs....speaking of which, watch your carb intake...try to limit yourself to 30g a day...

for exercise...try running or rollerbladding for an hour...these two exercises use your whole body so weight will be shed faster. also do weight training every other day...stretch after all exercises.

remember to take a daily multi-vitamin and an omega-3 pill.

get at least 8 hours of sleep a night...lack of sleep can cause your cortisol levels to rise causing unwanted belly fat.

and if you slip up, don't get down on yourself! you are human and making yourself feel bad will only up the chances that you will do it again.

  2. Sweetie, you don't need to lose any more weight - those guys in Hollywood who say, "If only you'd lose a little more weight..." are looking for an excuse for why you don't exactly fit what they're looking for, for that particular role.  it's not the weight issue at all.  If you lost the weight, they'd say it was your nose, or your hair color, or your height.  Just keep auditioning, and you'll eventually find the role(s) that you are perfect for, and were meant to play.  Break a leg!
