How do i lose 5 pounds in about 25 days w/o diet pills or drinks?

i need to lose 5 pounds before vac. and i don't want to take any diet supplements. i just need to know about filling food w/ little calories and how to stop binge eating.

  3. Be careful with diet pills--I've had some bad experiences trying some of them. What I did find to work really well though was a natural supplement of Acai berry which I actually saw on Oprah. Stay away from carbs - that means pasta and stuff like that.  Stay away from fast food joints.  Drink lots of water.  Add a little of those hot pepper flakes to your food if you don't mind hot foods.  It's said to speed up your metabolism and I've heard that models sometimes do that.  Eat grilled foods like chicken and salads with just balsamic vinegar as the dressing.  Stay away from mayo and foods cooked in fat or oil.  The best thing too, is eat a number of small meals a day rather than 3 big ones.  High protein things like turkey can be good.   Get some turkey cold cuts and just grab a slice here and there to ward off hunger.  And, again, drink lots of water.  But, don't overdue.  If you drink too much water, you can get yourself sick and pass out because you will dilute important things too much and get an electrolyte imbalance.  Also, a hot beverage before a meal helps to curb the appetite.  If you go online and just Google in "calories", it will give you sites to go to that tell you calorie counts for things.  Actually, my doctor told me about that because I want to lose weight too.

    By the way, I think eating 2000 calories a day is a LOT of calories, if you're looking to lose weight.
