Question:

How do i lose at least 10lbs in 1 week?

is it possible? I really have to lose weight, if 10lbs is impossible for one week, would 5 be possible? how?

  2. first you can eat at least 500 calories a day

    secondly you should do sit up and start streacting

    third of all don't eat junk food or sleep all day that will get you fat

  3. it's possible but it's also very unhealthy if you loose more then 1 -2 lbs a week you tend to loose muscle with it which (depending on opinion) doesn't look as good. and i've heard that 3,500 calories = 1lb so you would have to decrease calorie intake & increase calorie loss by exercise & alot of it.

  5. well, basically what Sai2301 said.... to be able to lose 3 pounds a week (which I have been doing) you should count how much calories you eat, a range from 1100-1300 with exercise will help a lot!

  6. they do it on "The Biggest Loser" all the time, sometimes even 15 lbs in one week but they are obese.  They do it from intense workout where they are dripping sweat and healthy meals like baked chicken and vegetables and low calorie diets.

  8. change your lifestyle for good by eating 5 small healthy meals a day and brisk walk at least 30 minutes daily...you can multiply the results from your brisk walks either via doing yoga,pilates,fitball core or weights after those walks...you have to do this your whole life(workout 5 days a week) as theres NO other way to make sure that the weight you loe doesnt come back.
