How do i lose at least 2 pounds a day i have till sept 25?

  1. 2 pounds a day?...that's impossible..really...but to lose as much weight as possible (2-4 pounds PER WEEK) is pretty good...eat healthy meals and resistance/cardio/weight train daily but DO NOT overdo it...two pounds per day is way too much...and starving yourself is stupid and dangerous...what is up with you people waiting till the last minute to try to lose weight for school? go slowly and the weight will come off...but never that fast...sorry


  2. LOL! are you kidding me? not to laugh at you or anything, but two pounds a day? To lose 2 pounds of legit fat, you'll need to burn 7000 calories...a day. I'm assuming that your body will burn 2500 calories a day (for daily need). You are still 4500 away from two pounds (i'm not including your meals)

    so, legit, 2 pounds per a day is not healthy, however, two pounds a week is. Just diet and exercise. Do cardio and make sure you weight lift...muscles burn more calories than fat...

    eat healthy - try special k bars or water or slim fast

    or if your extremely deseperate there is always alli

    eat a brekfast lunch AND dinner!

    watch portion sizes and what you eat

  5. 2 pounds may be a little hard to do everyday but you will lose something each day. You have to eat at least 1200 calories and a max of 1500 per day. Stay away from junk food and fried foods. Do some cardio and make sure it makes you sweat for 45 minutes... then you know your burning. Also by walking everyday it will increase your metablolism which will make you burn your calories off faster. Keep working on it and DONT GIVE UP! If you dont reach your goal weight by the 25th keep going until you reach another milestone like the homecoming dance or winterball and dont stop until you reach your goal weight. Also when you lose your intended amount DONT go back to your old habits or you will gain back all and maybe even more weight which is not worth all your effort that your putting into this diet. I really hope you do well and reach your goal soon!!

  7. Its not that simple. Trust I've tried. But what i have heard that really works and I know because i saw it is the Special K diet. My mom once tried it. She lost a whole mess of weight. But the way my mom did it was not the way they put it in the box. All she did was eat a bowl every time she was hungry. She would have about 5-8 bowls a day. Make sure you use skim milk, drink lots of water and some fruit. Buy some special k snack bars for when you're not at home. Its a bit of torture but i saw it work. But remember it works for some people. Don;t hurt to try though. Good luck

  8. i am also overweight so listen carefully. stop eating junk foods like pizzas , burgers and chips candies and ice cream. also try to avoid red meat. try turkey or chicken.  dont munch at all. try to eat healthy meals. my breakfast is  a few garlic crackers with one egg and a cup of 2% milk. my lunch is a small peace of bread with a variety of chicken

    and ,my dinner is a whole lot of beans with salad dressed by wish bone's fat free italian dressing.try not to eat too much rice. also avoid sodas even diet.drink lots of water. do exercises regularly especially swimming thats a fun way to lose weight and if you can play some tennis do so or do some running.also check your weight regularly it really helped me lose 10 pounds in around a month . right now just  dont think about losing two pounds a day. its absolutely impossible  .well you can lose two pounds a week
