Hi. I would like to lose my "doughnut" or belly fat. I am not fat i just have a little "skin" (haha) over my pants. I would like to get rid of that. I would like to get rid of it fast but do it the healthy way. So pretty much all i want to do is lose the "doughnut" in the fastest healthy way possible.Also, i eat pretty healthy i started eating more whole wheat breads and pastas and i eat less ( i used to eat ALOT..no kidding) and i started drinking more water. I do exercise when i can and i am a flexaterian (i only eat meat 1 or 2 a week and i will not change that). Please and thank you
