How do i lose fat off of my back? and hide it with clothing during the time i am trying to lose it? ?

because i am skinny i weigh 110lbs and im 5'6. but i have fat on my back that i want to lose cause you can see it when i wear clothes!!! disgusting!!! i try to disguise it by standing up super straight but that gets tiring. 1) how do i lose the fat? 2) how long will it take (est.)? and 3) how can i disguise it when i wear clothes?

  1. If you're that thin you probably don't have an issue with "back fat" rather with ill-fitting clothing. Your bra may be too small around, creating unflattering bulges beneath the band (what tends to show as rolls through girls shirts), or your pants may be too tight, pushing your skin up to create an artificial roll or "muffin top" effect.

    You can exercise your lats with pull town exercises, and most abdominal exercises and arm/shoulder exercises will end up strengthening your back at the same time.


  2. First of all - this sounds weird, but (assuming that you're a girl) make sure the bra you're wearing FITS correctly. (If you don't know if it does, go to Victoria's Secret and have THEM fit it for you). It might be too tight or the wrong size, which could be giving you "back fat". Also, maybe the clothes you are wearing are too tight as well? If you can see every lump & bump (especially on someone as thin as you!) the clothes really have to be doing it.

    Also, you can ALWAYS start exercising. Depending on what area on your back (by your arms, near your hips, etc..) you might want to try different exercises. Good luck!

  3. to tone up and lose body fat; you will need to do some cardio. get involved in a sport; and always make sure you move around! it might take a couple of weeks; but dont fret, it will come off! and for clothes; i would wear loose flowing shirts like babydolls for example. theyre the ones that hide your stomach as well. you could also wear jeans in a size bigger; and avoid lowrise.
