i am trying to lose about 20-25lbs and want to lose several inches off my waist. What are some good exercises for toning the tummy?

  2. suck in ur belly bottom for 15-60 secondes.do this 5 minutes a day and u will lose 1.75 inches off ur waist. if u do this 15-20 minutes a day u will lose 3 inches off ur waist in a onth and ya u need to suck in ur downer part of belly bottom dont suck in ur upper part ok and ya i have read this on the enzzymes articles sorry cant fin the site naow

Hey I don't know how fast this will work, but it does work.  Lay on the floor and lift the legs about 12 inches from the floor.  Spread your legs apart and hold to the count of 10, then return to have your ankles touching while your feet are still off the floor.  Count to 10 again and lower your legs.  Repeat 20 times.  This will help tone your abdominal muscles.  For your waist try twisting and turning to left and then right while touching your feet, raise the opposite arm while doing these.
