Well i'm a soccer player and a runner but i just cant lose this pouch on my stomach! I'm willing to change my eating habits and I run everyday. During the week days I run about four miles a day, so 20 miles total for weekdays. Then on saturdays and sundays I run about twenty minutes a set, and i do two sets (morning, night). I am fifteen years old, how do i lose this pouch?

I usually eat junk but since xc started i've been eating peanut butter sandwiches, crackers, yogurt, fruits and stuff like that.

  1. I think you just need to tone up abit, You can go to the gym and do stomach exercises, that will flaten you stomach more and bring it to the core. It really works well. Your very skinny, all you have to do is tighten up a bit.

  2. -Week 1-

    -- Do 20 Sit-ups in the morning

-- When you are waiting in a line, or inactive, tap your feet. Be antsy. Move around. Try rolling your stomach, or sucking it in and holding it("Vacuum"). Move your torso in a circle, like you're hula-hooping.

-- Chew a lot when eating. Things really start to taste better, and it takes longer to eat, so you will realize when you aren't hungry.

-- REMEMBER: You do not have to finish the sandwich. It's not going to cry because you are full.

    -- Do 20 Sit-ups at night

    -- Do 5 Push-ups

-- Do bicycle sit-ups. When you go up on the sit-up, raise your right elbow to your left knee. Go back down. Raise your left elbow to your right knee. Continue for 20 reps.

-- Practice lunges, and warrior poses. Step out in front of you, and keep your heels in a line. Lunge forward, putting weight on the front foot. Hold and stare straight ahead. This will help your hips and thighs.

-- During commercials, do sit-ups. Swerve your torso around your hips, like your an athlete warming up.

-- Do leg raises. Sit down, and spread your legs in front of you. Lift them off the ground, and reach for them. Hold for ten seconds.

For Week Two, add twenty reps to everything.

Good luck! And you are absolutely gorgeous!! (:

  3. DO NOT do SIT UPS you will still have your pouch situps grow muscle under the pouch try running more :) and make sure ur not eating sandwiches on white bread

  4. peanut butter has fattening oil in it  so not so much of that

sit ups and crunches will help as the other people have stated on here

  5. Wow....what pouch...your stomatch is perfect! You shouldnt change anything. But if you do want to lose some more weight then eat organic food..trust me it works.

  6. You know I kind of look like you! Try finding an excersice you love to do, and don't give up on it. I know my friend likes to do sit ups while she's watching TV, and another likes to jog to see her grandma everyday. I like to play DDR. Everyone has something!!

  8. are u sure ur just fifteen yrs old? u look like 20's..

well bwt ur eating habits just control eat ok?

dont be so fan w foods!

  9. Try doing some situps too.

    It should help.

  10. cut off on the junk foods, and sandwhiches too. They are the main problem of your "pouch". Just make sure to excersice each day, and lay off on eating unhealthy foods. Try a tomato, or a piece of celery.

  11. Wow! That's a nice looking pouch.

Its really not that bad, but if you really want to tone up your stomach you need to start incorporating sit-ups, stomach crunches and leg raises into your workout routine. You can also do aerobic twist to work on your oblique muscles.
