It's hard to get the lower abs of my body to show. How do i lose the fat in lower tummy?

  2. I think you should post a pic from the side profile to show what fat you are talking about.  You can't see the fat from that view.

  4. dude, your fine. your practically have a six pack. do some crunches and go running if you like, but you look pretty good.

  6. You can't spot reduce, its a myth. And as you probably know, in your situation it isnt about any excercise you can do to miraculously let your abs show through. Yours is strictly a diet situation. Cudos to you by the way as you look like you are doing things right. However you got about 2% more body fat to lose if your serious about really getting the abs to show. You probably know the routine but I'll say it anyway. Lean grilled or backed meats, fish, chicken. Green vegetables, steamed. Lay off the salt, and hit the treadmill. Thats it.. Post some new ones in about 2 weeks

  10. an  excellent  exercise,  you  can do it in front of your TV: sit on a

    stool,  and  put  your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,

    for  example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure

    that  it  is  not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you

    will  damage  your  back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your

    body  back, until it's parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and

    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add

    to  the  number  of  repetitions.  You will see the results in a week,

    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six

    pack  and  muscles.  Dumbbells  do  wonders.  Much  better  than these crunches  -  I  came  up to three hundreds and there was no results AT ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.
