How do i lose weight and not gain muscle?

im 14 years old im 5'8 and i weigh 183 lbs. i have a ton of muscle and quite a bit of fat. i wanna know how to lose that weight but not gain that much muscle. if you have any way that is easy please let me know! oh and not having to work out. i have no time for that. school is a big priority, and i dont have the time and patience to work out. maybe a little but not much.

  1. you're 14, go to school and youre probably running around at school anyway getting to class and playing sport. so you dont really need to work out to be honest.

    if you want to lose weight its better to change your diet, not go on a diet especialy when youre still growing. thats cause when you go back to eating normally again then youll gain a bit in a few weeks!

    so think about what you eat everyday. so for example you can swap white toast and jam with a healthy cereal or just switch to brown bread.

    i read in an article that you can also gain weight by the fluids you take in from your food. so to get rid of that extra weight you can just drink a few extra glasses of water everyday or have an occasional cup of tea or something to flush the fluids away!
