How do i lose weight and not gain muscle? ?

  1. In general, is doesn't really make sense to avoid gaining muscle. Doing any type of exercise will build muscle. So the only way to lose weight would be to just diet. To be honest, a healthy diet won't do any good without some exercise. If I were you, I would try to cut out sodas, things like frappechinos, and overly processed foods. Try a lot of fresh veggies and fruits, and don't be afraid of protein and complex carbs. I'd also try to exercise by walking, cycling/spinning, or jogging every day. Doing these types of activities casually  won't make you "jacked" but you will gain a little muscle of course.


  2. Low impact exercise, like taking long walks, and always always a healthy diet.
