Question:

How do i lose weight ! asap help please...?

heya people, well i am a female of the age of 17, i weigh 78 kg .

i would like to lose weight as soon as possible, the way my body is

most of my weight goes onto my back, my shoulders and below on my back. also my breast area is quite big, if you look sideways at my body it looks really wide because of my breast area.

Most of my body weight goes onto these areas. my upper back and my chest/breast area.

what excercises would be good to help me lose weight from these areas? i dont want to gain muscle at all. what can i do?

or what diet regime can i follow ? from breakfast to dinner? please help..

  1. don't drink coke and other soda drinks concentrate more on water...

    and don't eat chocolates just eat sweets for like 2x a week....


  2. I understand what you mean about the upper-chest area making you look more bulky.

    Sadly, you cannot target specific areas.. it doesnt work.

    But you can try toning.

    Push-ups can help, do about 10-20 and if you can't do them try them on you're knees instead of toes, once they become easyier increase them per day.

    Also cardio works really well ! Try roller-blading around the neightborhood for a bit, or a brisk walk around town ( running, swimming, and walking are also cardio procedures )

    Cardio targets and helps loose weight in all areas.

    The rest of the exercizes such as ( crunches, sit ups, and etc .. ) are for toneing those areas you will 'not' loose fat in those areas you will just gain muscle underneith the fat.

    Try doing 50-60 minutes of cardio,

    Some light weight lifting to tone and trim upper-area,

    and some abdominal and side work-outs such as: side crunches, situps, crunches, push-ups, etc ..

    Here's a great diet meal plan that tastes great, and works,

    There's alternatives I wrote down incase you don't like something.

    It's also important to have alot of fibre and water in you're diet so cut out all that soda, including diet, and replace them with green tea, juices, skim milk, and water. Here's some idea's towards you're meal plan. Be free to use them, and mix it around.

    Breakfast: 3/4 cup of fibre cearal ( mini wheats, cherrios, special k, shreaded wheats, raisin bran, etc ... )

    Alternative [ Breakfast ]: 1 slice of whole wheat toast, with 1-2 tbsp of natural peanut butter, jam, or becel, ' no butter! ', with fat-free activia yogurt, and fruit ( finger sized banana, small apple, berries, orange, melon, etc.. )

    Snack: Mixed fruits/ Dried fruits with a hand-ful of nuts ( almonds, walnuts. )

    Alternative [Snack]: 100 calarie snack packs ( which come in a variaite of types, and flavors such as: chips- lays, doritos, cheeto's, or cookies-- chocolate chip, double chocolate, plain, raisin, oatmeal, and more.. )

    Lunch: 2 slices of whole wheat bread with 2 slices of lean smoked turkey, with 1 lettuse leaf, tomatoe, and 'frenches' mustard ( 0 calaries ), with a sugar-free jello ( 5 calaries ) and or, a peice of fruit.

    -Drink water.

    Alternative [Lunch]: grilled chicken, or white tuna, in romain/ spinich salad, with a varatie of vegetables such as - carrots, tomatoes, cuccomber, green onion, etc.. with calarie wize dressing ( ranch, ceaser, italian, and more .. )

    Snack: Mixed fruits/ Dried fruits with a hand-ful of nuts ( almonds, walnuts. )

    Alternative [Snack]: 100 calarie snack packs ( which come in a variaite of types, and flavors such as: chips- lays, doritos, cheeto's, or cookies-- chocolate chip, double chocolate, plain, raisin, oatmeal, and more.. )

    Dinner: Lean cusine/ 'wholesome' advantage/ weight watchers/ lifestyle frozen entree's ( try to stay 270 calaries or under .. )

    With a small apple, or banana if still hungry

    - Drink water.

    Alternative [Dinner]: Grilled chicken ( no breading/ skin ) or salmon, with 1-2 cups of vegetables ( green beans, carrots, potatoe, yam, corn, peas, asparagus, etc .. ) with a small whole wheat dinner roll ( use becel, not butter )

    -Drink water.

    It's very good to drink green tea after meals, because green tea is good for speeding up metabolism rates, and keeps you fur-filled for a long time, to prevent snacking. It also helps break the fat up from food digested.

  4. Hi sarah, according to my experience you must focus on two things:

    1.burning fat

    2.not getting anymore fat

    I suggest you to go swimming, it's perfect for loose weight and stay healty. Also you can check out on the internet a guide to eat properly without much suffering.

  5. Try eating egg whites for breakfast with reduced calorie orange juice. Stick to green vegetables and fish for lunch and dinner.
