my family never buys fruit. we have a treadmill. and all they eat is meat. how do i lose weight fast? school starts in 4 days!!!

    Avoid oil items( fryed)

    No meat

    Eat fruits for dinner (not juice)

    Eat less(little more vegetables)

    Drink more water

    Walk daily


  4. Run alot. like 5 miles everyday. A go on the "3 day diet". google it. you'll loose ten lbs in 3 days due to the metabolic chemisty in the food. i just completed it, and it worked like a charm- not spammin' :)

What is wrong with people who want to lose weight fast?  And, even worse, people who try to offer unhealthy gimmicks to do so?  No matter what you want, THERE IS NO HEALTHY WAY TO LOSE WEIGHT FAST.  The healthiest way to lose weight is slowly, with proper nutrition (not by cutting out any food group!) and exercise.  IT IS VERY UNHEALTHY TO LOSE MORE THAN 2 POUNDS PER WEEK!  If you want a good, healthy guide for losing weight, see your doctor or try Weight Watchers (both will teach you about proper nutrition for your body and the extreme importance of proper nutrition).  Please don't try these gimmicks that promise fast weight loss, and please don't rob your body of the nutrition that it needs.  You'll be doing more harm to yourself in the long run if you do.

  7. Losing weight extremely fast is a bad idea.  People who lose weight extremely fast trick their body into thinking it's starving and gain the weight back plus more.  

    Do the right things each day to lose a small amount of weight each day, about 1 to 2.2 pounds per week.  Your efforts will add up to PERMANENT weight loss.
