How do i lose weight in a month??

I gained about 6 to 8 kilos over the past year, and im not fat im just a bit more curvy. But i just dont feel so good aboutmy self as i used to. I used to be really thin, go gym every second or third day and was fit and had abs etc. But now im not i got a bit of a gut and its annoying me.

I dont know how to lose the gut, i started to do some excersice again, and eat less. But i cant tell any difference so far. I would really like to lose weight by the end of this month maybe at least 5 kilos... Can u tell me how if you know thanks heaps :)

  2. It's probably best to just go back to what you were doing before. It seems like you went through some sort of a lifestyle change that caused you to gain a bit of weight. Start going to the gym every second or third day like you used to, and eventually you'll have the body they used to have. It took you a year to get out of shape, so now it will probably take you a year to get back into shape. Just be patient.

    The diet may eat much burns the green vegetables! The breakfast must certainly eat!

    May the speech  breakfast and lunch must eat to the full, the supper may not eat! Should better be seven later do not have again to eat

    may drink water.

  4. okay I won't give you any fancy steps ar any sites, but these are things that they worked for me im living proof lol

    Eat healthy, like for lunch have chichen wraps (chicken has healthy nutrients which slim your stomach, etc.) and have maybe some Jello to satisfy your sweet tooth.

    Run every day for like 30 or 45 minutes each day. That helps a bunch without giving you bulgy muscles in your thighs.

    Swim, it's a great way to keep cool while having a great workout at the same time. Chlorine irritates my eyes way more than normal so buy drops for your eyes and goggles if you have problems like mine.

    Go to health clubs and workout places like LIFETIME FITNESS, they have treadmills, which help so much it's surprizing.

    And lastly, don't have anything like cakes, pies, ice cream (except for the low fat ones) pastries, etc.

    I know, if all that sounds like "been there done that" stuff then think again; I shaped up my body which was a bit out of shape over the summer.

  6. excersise and eat only when hungry...

    I know everyone says that, but it IS the best (not easiest) solution.
