  10. If you want to lose weight easily, find a nice day outside (like 65 deg. or up but lower than 85) put a black garbage bag on as if it were a shirt and run.  I assure you this works.

  11. there are no nice logical answers on losing weight quickly, its unhealthy, and you'll gain it back just as quickly.  If you're looking to lose some weight to look good by a certain date, then try things to help reduce your water retention, it'll ultimately slim you down but you'll gain it back so don't plan on buying skinny jeans anytime soon

  12. Well, energy and soft drinks for one. This differs from person to person, but many, many people drink a lot of soda and energy drinks. Cutting these out of your diet will do you very good. Not to mention energy drinks are like poison.

    Find little things through out your day that will get you moving. If you have time, take the stairs rather then the elevator. Take a walk to the store rather then drive.
