i recently took a blood test..(not a fasting one) and they came up with my cholesterol level at 248. and i'm 13. i'm not overweight, but high cholesterol runs in my family. both of my grandpa's are obese. one grandma is. and the other is losing weight rapidly.. possibly having ovarian cancer. I'm just wondering what do i do to lower it. I already exercise a lot, and i think i eat decently.. i'm just so confused.
