How do i mail someone on pokemon diamond?

I have this guys friend code but i want to mail him on pokemon diamond. How do i do it? Also im looking for a lvl 1 female pinplup so please leave your friend code and your name, then put a place and a time where we should meet.

Matt, don't listen to the idiot above me. It doesn't matter if you play Pokemon. I'm in the 8th grade, I play Pokemon, and I have many friends. He's just a jerk with no life.

You have to attach the mail onto a pokemon, and trade it.

Thats the only way.

stop wasting your life. give up pokemon before you get to 6th grade. Otherwise you are going to be the outcast/geek/nerd you see on TV shows. Yea that really is how middle school works. All the geeks and nerds hang out togather talking about video games and trading cards. Trying to covense everybody they are cool.

Trust me when you get labeled into that crowd there is no getting out. Which cuts you off from things like good friends and girls.
