How do i make 3 new profiles on ps3 home so we can have individual names on beijing 2008?

I need to make 3 more profiles for my friends on my playstation 3 so when they are round we can have individual names for each of our athletes. your help is greatly appreciated as this is driving us round the bend!!!!!!!
