How do i make Gif. photos?

gif images are lower quality for web use, jpg images are higher, you could save as png image for web use if not animated, png has similar attributes as gif for transparent background, but not animated yet per say,

you shud download a ulead gif animator.....ad edit frame by frame to make it move..its kinda hard...but shud also have adobe photo shop
