How do i make a Joker cosplay?

Question

I want to make a Joker cosplay from the Dark Knight. The only things I have ideas of getting is a green vest, a purple trench coat thingy, some green hair spray, and some unknown gel. Where can i get the clothes? The makeup Heath Ledger used was real stuff right? So that should'nt be hard to get. I still need to know what gel to use and where to get the clothes. The clothes have to look realistic not like the shiny clothes from a cosplay store. I want them to be real like from a clothing store rack real. Can anyone help?

IMO the easiest way to do teh fast is to get teh white make up powder soem lipstick and eye shadow/muscara that ur gonan rub around ur eyes lol for teh clothes get  nice dark purple shirt and a nice long coat.you dont have to make it too perfect!
