How do i make a Kandi bikini?

Recently i went raving and i saw a few girls wearing kandi bikinis(bikini hand made from beads) i was wondering if anyone knew how to make them? you tube does have one video but its not really specific on how to make it. Post me a link or something. Here's a picture of what they look like:
