How do i make a Silab Server?!?!?

I've made my server but idk how to register it onto the mopar server status page!! i haven't made anything besides my ip, and name of my server. i just want to know how to MAKE my server where people can logg in and play.

What aspect are you having trouble with?

When you say you have "made your server" does that mean you have a working server that connects to your no-ip instead of 127.0.0.1 (which is just your i.p)?
