on ebay i set my account up as miami florida , i use mail boxs etc, they give you a address in miami to have your stuff shipped to the miami address and they foward the stuff to you here in panama. I`ve bought alot of stuff off of ebay the only bad thing is you have to pay mail box etc fees and import fees ,but sometimes its worth it.
