Well First off you need wampserver and a source. Depending on whether you have ascent or mangos you need a different source. I currently support ascent and I would be able to give you the source.

The ascent source is originally for mangos, but I have tweaked it for perfect ascent compilation. Just fill in your server details in the config/index files and start wampserver.

Not enough information? Go to google and type "wow registration page help" I used that for myself to find all the help I needed. I guarantee the success of google.
