How do i make a beaded flag necklace?

i'm trying to learn how to make those kind of necklaces that i've seen some hispanics/latinos wear and sometimes, they have them on inside of their cars. i could show you what they look like because i've seen them before on numerous times. here's a picture of what they look like in case anyone else hasn't seen them before or know what i'm talking about.

It's done on a Beading Loom . Google " Beading Loom Flag Pattern  alot of site to look at ;)))
