How do i make a blurry background on a picture??

i want everything else to look normal but the background.

use the blur tool in photoshop i can do it for you if you like just email it to me or post it on ur question

If you have photoshop alls you have to do is duplicate the background layer, then highlight around the person or w/e it is you want to be clear.  Then go up to filters and select gaussian blur.  If you need more help or want me to do it for you just email me.
