How do i make a different birthday wishes (email, blinks, short msg....) for my GF?

i fought with her. so i will not able to Speak. pls help me... i have to leave a msg through ( some cute blink on mail box..) is thr any posible? is thr any different way or website?

well if your not aloud to speak to her, you could leave her "annonomous notes"

like put one on her car when shes not around saying "I"

then give her one saying "L"  then "o" then "v" then "e" then the final one can say "YOU! happy birthday!" and leave some flowers.
