How do i make a file with the size i want

I'm trying to download a game, but when i try to setup the game, it says that the file doesn't have 8000mb of space,

how do I make a file with enough space?

are you sure it says file and not disk? if it is disk then make sure you have a lage enough harddrive (diskmgmt.msc) and then remove the things you do not need from your system. go to add/remove programs control panel to do this. if it is an older system you may need to upgrade to a larger drive.

it's not likely that you will be able to find one file but the removal of several larger applications should accomplish your goal. try older games that you no longer play.
